About Us

Firm History and Mission

Lester Hall Fletcher Inc. has proudly served the Upper Highway community since 1950 and continues to do so to this day. Lester Hall is synonymous with legal expertise, having advised generations of local families and businesses. Known for our integrity, professionalism, and personalised service, the firm assists clients with property law, conveyancing, family law, commercial matters, estate planning, trusts and tax, litigation, and dispute resolution. With deep local roots and a client-focused approach, Lester Hall Fletcher combines traditional values with modern legal insight to deliver effective, practical solutions.
Our extensive involvement in a number of residential and commercial projects on the KZN North Coast over the past 10 years lent itself to the opening of the Ballito Branch Office, where we look forward to providing the same legal expertise to local families and businesses.
Today, the firm’s dynamic team retains the same personal approach and offers professional advice across a range of areas in the law.

Our Firm’s foundations are based on the principals of trust, reliability, stability and accessibility whilst providing a powerful results-driven and professional approach.

The Kloof area was once the habitat of the leopard which features prominently on the Kloof Coat of Arms.

As a community firm, as with the leopard, our strength is our ability to adapt to the changing needs of our environment. We believe in taking full advantage of the benefits of technology in providing a highly professional service to our clients whilst still retaining that personal touch.

At Lester Hall Fletcher Attorneys, our values are the foundation of everything we do. For over 75 years, we have built our practice on integrity, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to serving our clients with excellence. Our approach is client-centred, practical, and results-driven, ensuring every legal solution is tailored to meet the unique needs of those we serve.
