Property Development & Town Planning

We specialise in property development and planning, comprising both freehold township and sectional planning, including the legal aspects of rezoning, land use planning, including subdivisions and consolidations and servitudes, and providing input on the finalisation of township conditions of establishment.

We participate in project meetings with developers forming part of a core group that conceptualises greenfield developments, and we also attend to the associated commercial work involving the conceptualisation of management structures, drafting of the relevant memoranda of incorporation, rules and sales and lease documentation for the management bodies.
In addition, we provide corporate and commercial work involving complex property transactions.
